The Derek Trucks Wikipedia Page
SWEET! The admins of the Derek Trucks Wikipedia page picked my photo to be Derek's featured profile picture. The pic is from a set of photos I took at The PNC Arts Center in New Jersey a few years ago. The full set is available on my Flickr. I'm a huge fan of Derek's and couldn't be happier when I visited his Wiki page and saw my picture pop up on my phone. Derek just played a great blues show at the White House for President Obama, and I'm certain a ton of people visited his Wiki page to read about his amazing story and legendary talents. Derek's touring constantly with his band, with his wife Susan Tedeschi as the Tedeschi Trucks Band or with the Allman Brothers Band.
Motörhead & Lemmy Photographs Now On Wikipedia
I was honored to take some photos when Motörhead visited New York City on their recent "The World is Yours Tour". I posted some of my photos on my flickr page -- go check them out, I'm really proud of this batch. In other Lemmy and Motörhead news, two of my photos were added to their Wikipedia pages. Check out my Lemmy contribution here, and my Motörhead contribution here. Lemmy's a Rock & Roll God and I'm f%cking thrilled to have some interesting shots of him in my collection. I'm also pretty stoked that they used my photo to highlight the legendary and awesome Phil Cambell on the main Motörhead page. I can't wait to have my face melted when these legends return next year.
I also really liked the bands who opened for Motörhead, Clutch and Valient Thor. I particularly enjoyed Clutch, who were sort of like a heavy metal jam band -- keeping things interesting with complicated songs that didn't spare my eardrums. Some of my Clutch shots are here, and hopefully will be on their site eventually. Another Clutch show is definitely in my future. I put up a handful of Valient Thor shots here.

Derek Trucks photo featured on Allman Bros. Wikipedia Page
My first photo on Wikipedia is of the great Derek Trucks and lands on the Allman Brothers Band bio page. I couldn't ask for a better way to share my one of my photos. Many thanks to the page editor for finding my stuff on Flickr and contacting me. There's a few more of my music pix going up on Wikipedia in the near future.
